How to stay positive

What we think we are, what we say, makes us who we are.So never say a word because you have to but say because you want to. We never value our words as much as we should and some people never realize, this is the most powerful weapon we possess and always carries with us.Words are like an atom bomb, it just not only have the capacity to destroy an individual but it can be catastrophic to an entire civilization.

What we do- From the sunshine, we use “no” word too much, like don’t forget, can't imagine, won't that bad, may be not this, don’t know etc but never realize how much of a bad effect we suffer because of these words.

What we should do- Positivity means staying positive in whatever situation may occur in front of us, but how can we stay positive if we never learn to say positive. If we see those previous instances where we did say no but we can find a better, more positive way of saying things like i.e try to remember instead of don’t forget, unimaginable instead of can't imagine etc. This small adjustment will bring a significant change within us and say positive words, avoiding negative thoughts will make us more positive thinker in nature.

Why we should do- Our brain is like a mobile tower so every signal available outside world that can be taken it will take and project to a device,  and the device is the brain. Repeating negative words make negative thought’s pathway more fluid. So our general character became negative. We need to break this repeating circle of negativity and we can take our first step by omitting our negative languages and embracing positive culture from our life.

In the end, it's not the years in your life that count, its the life in your years.
