Effective Study Habits
1- Getting up early every day.
2- Smile when you wake up and be grateful. starting your day with a smile will help you to achieve a lot of things during the day.
3- Drink 2 liters of water or more if you can.
4- Run every day or exercise or do both of them.
5- Read every day at least for half an hour . successful people always read.
6- Meditate at least for ten minutes or more.
7- Try using a bicycle instead of a car or the public transportation.
8- Write your goals twice a day.
9- Watch inspiration video... Be inspired.
10- Always be positive.
