In fact, by going to bed early and waking up early, you'll get a better night's rest and not wake up in the morning feeling tired.

5. Your body will physically improve.Between going to the gym and having more time in the morning for your body to wake up, you will see drastic changes in your body's physical condition. You'll end up healthier than you've ever been before.

How to stay positive

What we think we are, what we say, makes us who we are.So never say a word because you have to but say because you want to. We never value our words as much as we should and some people never realize, this is the most powerful weapon we possess and always carries with us.Words are like an atom bomb, it just not only have the capacity to destroy an individual but it can be catastrophic to an entire civilization.

What we do- From the sunshine, we use “no” word too much, like don’t forget, can't imagine, won't that bad, may be not this, don’t know etc but never realize how much of a bad effect we suffer because of these words.

What we should do- Positivity means staying positive in whatever situation may occur in front of us, but how can we stay positive if we never learn to say positive. If we see those previous instances where we did say no but we can find a better, more positive way of saying things like i.e try to remember instead of don’t forget, unimaginable instead of can't imagine etc. This small adjustment will bring a significant change within us and say positive words, avoiding negative thoughts will make us more positive thinker in nature.

Why we should do- Our brain is like a mobile tower so every signal available outside world that can be taken it will take and project to a device,  and the device is the brain. Repeating negative words make negative thought’s pathway more fluid. So our general character became negative. We need to break this repeating circle of negativity and we can take our first step by omitting our negative languages and embracing positive culture from our life.

In the end, it's not the years in your life that count, its the life in your years.

SMART WORK



If you want to be successful in the long run, you have to put long hours into work. You have to start early, before all other people, and you have to stay up late, when everyone else is already enjoying their afternoons and evenings.

On the other hand, it’s really hard to find very clear guidelines on what working smart really means and how it’s different from hard work. It’s very obvious that even if you’re determined that nobody will outwork you, you still have maximum limits regarding working hours that you reach pretty fast; and there’s always someone who’s willing to sleep less than you. On top of that, many people work hard, but only a few become really successful. That’s because smart work is what makes the difference.
As already mentioned, there are some vague ideas out there about what smart work probably means, but this topic is far from analyzed properly, especially if you’d like to really implement some practical advice for becoming a smarter worker andoutperforming others with smart work, not only by investing into long hours, hoping that you will get a streak of good luck some day. Let’s put an end to this.
I’ve been analyzing and observing people who work hard for more than a decade. It always amazed me why some people working hard got so much farther than others. One of the important reasons is, of course, smart work, but what I’ve found out is that most people who are working smart didn’t learn it. They do it intuitively, it’s part of their character, of who they are and how they were raised. Lucky them.
Working hard and working smart are not exclusive of each other. Smart work teaches you to be more productive with your time. If you are happy with your current level of success, then smart work will surely allow you the luxury of not having to work as hard as you otherwise would. But if you want to reach the pinnacle of success in your chosen field, than smart work alone won’t really help.
Rewards come to you when you are not looking for them continuously. When you step out to work with a passion to do your best, you will bring out the best in others as well! That itself is a great reward.



Give anything your best shot and work towards your goals like there is no tomorrow. Be strong willed and work hard to get what you want, because the desire to achieve something is only as strong as the smallest distraction that can take you away from it. Be smart about setting your goals and planning how to achieve your goal. Be smart about making choices in life and then work on making those choice spring you good things. Work hard in making smart choice and work even harder to learn how to make smart choices. Make mistakes but be smart enough to learn from them.
