Do Not Be Afraid Of Failure

Do Not Be Afraid Of Failure

There are a number of things that prevent us from taking action, the most important being the fear of failure. And if you have already failed once, the natural tendency is that you would not want to fail again because of the pain and disappointment that lures behind us after a nightmare. Many of us don't act because we want other people's approval. We want everybody to like us and to accept us and in that process we are settling for less than what we deserve. We learn to lead a normal purposeless life just for the fear of acceptance in the society. Nobody feels good about it, but somehow we learn to fake it in our lives. We learn to come up with some kind of excuse to make everything seem alright.

Most people feel like they are the king in the area of their comfort zone. People only want to do those things that they know how to do well. There are many reasons why we don't act. One of the reasons holding us back is not wanting to take personal responsibility. We want somebody else to do it and that is not possible. And when you go through life like that, something in you dies. You need to start asking questions to yourself, "What do I really really want to become?". Don't wait around for things to be just like, don't wait for things to be perfect. Don't wait for the ideal situation because it will never be ideal.

Today is the day you have the opportunity to start something big. It might not be next year. The opportunity might not be here again ever in the future. Now is the only moment you got.

When you decide to act, when you decide to take life on, you will find that that's where the growth is. Never be satisfied with yourself. Always know that as you invest in yourself, you will rise. And by concentrating on you and developing you, you can transform your life wherever you are right now. Many people have left the universe without a trace. No body have ever known that they were here. Listen to that small voice within you. There's something about life that defies logic. You have got to say yes to your dreams, yes to you. You don't need anybody to approve your dream. It was given to you. Other people can't see it because it was not given to them.

Don't be afraid, because of the fear to be thrown down. Be so determined towards success that no matter how many times you break down, a little piece inside of you says, "NO, YOU ARE NOT DONE YET. GET BACK UP".

Valuable HABITS

1. Always remember, 'small bricks build big houses.'

You cannot reach from one place to another directly; you have to take many small steps which will ultimately help you to reach the final destination.
Being an efficient team player is all about knowing how your small contribution leads the group near the success of a larger goal. Learn the art of cutting down big goals into small ones, actionable tasks.
To have intellectual strength in any endeavor, you have to learn the art of moving back and learning both the big picture and the tiny steps that will bring that concept to life.
If you are only centered on the big picture, you'll always live in the clouds, and get baffled because nothing is actionable. Conversely, if you are only concentrated on the tiny steps, you'll never see the big picture--and you'll get frustrated as you feel like you're rotating your wheels (which you are).
You have to understand both the things. Always, start small, but remember the big thing you are developing at the same time. That balance takes practice.

2. Visualise everything in your head | Rehearse success.

Make it a habit, every time you're trying to perform a tough task, imagine yourself doing it amazingly by taking small steps at a time. Feel the success, imagine if you get a chance to speak after the success, what words you're going to utter? Rehearse everything inside your head.
When I was a kid, I had appalling visions. I used to recall a lot about what I would do if a thief ever came into our house. One night, I detected a loud sound underneath when everybody was asleep, and I thought the time had finally come. I was 7.
I remember looking round my place for a protection and, in my head, going over my method over and over again, I would disappear behind the door, wait until they looked their head in, and then WAM!
It was all very exciting. But, humor aside, this is part of the method when it comes to keeping a clear head in moments of stress (or battle).
You have to give a lot of time exercising scenarios ahead of time, so that, when the time of truth presents itself, you are ready to give your best shot.
3. Always use "4 x 4 x 4" method to control your anxiety.

Inhale for four seconds.
Exhale for four seconds.
Rehearse for four minutes.
It's no different than a meditation respiratory exercise. The idea is simple: Soothe your mind. Every great leader understands not to make choices in the heat of the time, and that works for both business and war.
Whenever you feel stressed, it's all about taking a while to check in with yourself, and the easiest technique to do this is to count your breath.
4. Do not react, respond. - Buddha.

The glass can be half empty or half full. It depends on you to choose which way you want to see something. People who are mentally tough have a trick for always recognizing the positive.
Why? Because they appreciate seeing the cynical won't get them where they want to be any quicker. Reframing the circumstances in a positive light isn't just a "feel good" practice, but it's an incredibly useful way to move yourself and the current state in the direction of your choice.
Leaders, particularly, know that reframing to find the positive is crucial for keeping people motivated and occupied. And if you can learn how to reframe to the active, your patience and tolerance for hindrances and difficulties will increase exponentially.
5. Learn the art of celebrating 'small victories.'

People who have the strength to struggle and fight and struggle have an even greater talent to enjoy the journey. They can go so high, and so far because they are inspired with themselves along the path. They observe the small stuff, instead of always saying "I'm not there still."
At some point, "I'm not there still" just gives you a feel like you'll never get "there." You will feel the contrast of motivated. You will feel defeated. Don't be scared to take a while and see where you are on the path.

Private Employment and private sector and benefits

Private Employment and private sector and benefits

The private sector is the part of the economy, sometimes referred to as the citizen sector, which is run by private individuals or groups, usually as a means of enterprise for profit, and is not controlled by the State areas of the economy controlled by the state being referred to as the public sector.

The private sector employs most of the workforce in some countries. In private sector activities are guided by the motive to earn money.

States legally regulate the private sector. Businesses operating within a country must comply with the laws in that country.

In some cases, usually involving multinational corporations that can pick and choose their suppliers and locations based on their perception of the regulatory environment, local state regulations have resulted in uneven practices within one company. For example, workers in one country may benefit from strong labour unions, while workers in another country have very weak laws supporting labour unions, even though they work for the same employer. In some cases, industries and individual businesses choose to self-regulate by applying higher standards for dealing with their workers, customers, or the environment than the minimum that is legally required of them.

There can be negative effects from the private sector. In the early 1980s, the Corrections Corporation of America pioneered the idea of running prisons for a profit. Today, corporate-run prisons hold eight percent of America’s inmates. Since it is from the private sector they main priority isn’t rehabilitation, but profit. This has resulted in many human rights violations across the United States. The private prison disproportionately affects minorities.

Employment is a relationship between two parties, usually based on a contract where work is paid for, where one party, which may be a corporation, for profit, not-for-profit organization, co-operative or other entity is the employer and the other is the employee.[1] Employees work in return for payment, which may be in the form of an hourly wage, by piecework or an annual salary, depending on the type of work an employee does or which sector she or he is working in. Employees in some fields or sectors may receive gratuities, bonus payment or stock options. In some types of employment, employees may receive benefits in addition to payment. Benefits can include health insurance, housing, disability insurance or use of a gym. Employment is typically governed by employment laws or regulations or legal contracts.

The main ways for employers to find workers and for people to find employers are via jobs listings in newspapers (via classified advertising) and online, also called job boards. Employers and job seekers also often find each other via professional recruitment consultants which receive a commission from the employer to find, screen and select suitable candidates. However, a study has shown that such consultants may not be reliable when they fail to use established principles in selecting employees. A more traditional approach is with a "Help Wanted" sign in the establishment (usually hung on a window or door or placed on a store counter. Evaluating different employees can be quite laborious but setting up different techniques to analyze their skill to measure their talents within the field can be best through assessments. Employer and potential employee commonly take the additional step of getting to know each other through the process of job interview.

Employee benefits are various non-wage compensation provided to employee in addition to their wages or salaries. The benefits can include: housing employer-provided or employer-paid), group insurance health, dental, life etc., disability income protection, retirement benefits, day care, tuition reimbursement, sick leave, vacation (paid and non-paid), social security, profit sharing, funding of education, and other specialized benefits. In some cases, such as with workers employed in remote or isolated regions, the benefits may include meals. Employee benefits can improve the relationship between employee and employer and lowers staff turnover.

Self -Belief

Your Self Belief Will Define You

The world is a mean and nasty place and no matter how tough you are, it will beat you down to your knees and keep you at it if you let it. Remember if you let it. Getting what you want or making the most of the time you have requires that you put yourself in the position to succeed. It means you got to see a finish line before it even exists.

The world is not all about sunshine and rainbows. No one's ever going to come to you and tell you how incredible you are or how great your idea is. Nobody can build up a business on potential or win a championship on promise. Results are binary. You either accomplish something or you simply did not. This means every second, every step of the way from where you are right now, until you cross the finish line depends on you and your thoughts.

The way you are going to internalise failure, the way you are going to look at setbacks when no one is around to pat you on the back or tell you how great you are will determine how far you will go. Will you have enough self belief to move forward. Because, my friends, that's the hardest part. That's what no one talks about. Having the courage to wake up every single day of your life and have faith that you are building something incredible. Believing that you are creating a masterpiece from the ground up and that means, when you are looking back in the mirror you believe what's staring back at you.

This means that you are capable of visualising the unseen and you are willing to bring it to life. This is the foundation that you can build greatness on. And this is a daily pursuit, creating milestones, designing the small wins that keep you going. Self belief is that thing that gets you past all those times that you so desperately want to turn around and making you believe that going back is not an option. And one day when you reach the zenith people will call you lucky but they won't know the hard work, passion, dedication, failure that you went through. They will not know that self belief triumphed all of that. The word "GREAT" is different for a reason. It implies a specific set of beliefs and values. It means you saw light when most people saw darkness. It means you said yes when most people said no. You moved forward when most of the people turned around. Last but not the least, believe in your greatness, see it, live it because your self belief will define you.

To be successful believe in yourself a little more for a little more time and all the broken bits of your life will fall into place.

Life Is Not A Smooth Road

Life Is Not A Smooth Road

“Man’s many desires are like the small metal coins he carries about in his pocket. The more he has, the more they weigh him down.” People are often driven to excesses by an internal feeling that they have more than what they can hold. That something cannot be found in material possessions or earthly delights, or small pleasures, which fill the void temporarily. The void is created when you are out of tune with your heart and soul. When you obey your heart’s and soul’s guidance and follow your inspirations, you experience fulfillment.
Well, fulfillment can keep you healthy and lengthen your life. Once I met a 90 -year old woman and asked her what it was like to be in the nineties. She replied: “Well, it has been fascinating. It takes a lot of work just staying alive. Old age is not for lazy people. It belongs to those who are curious about what is happening in the world. Of course, the body sometimes creaks and groans but it is exciting to manage daily tasks without help. I can still enjoy flowers and be with my friends.”

Robert Frost once said: “Take what is given and make it over your way. My aim in life has always been to hold my own with whatever is going on, not against it.” My own grandfather who was 89 said: “ Joy to me is realizing that there may not be many days left. They should not spoil them with things that are minor and unimportant. I spend more time in the garden, taking walks and talking to people of my age.”

Life is made up of small pleasures and tiny successes. Helping a friend fly a kite, watching a bud, a walk in the woods and even laughing at oneself gives joy and pleasure unlimited. The saying is: “When you add pride to a city, you have a community. Bring learning to a pile of bricks and you have a school. Find religion in the modest structure and you have a sanctuary. Be cheerful and you light up the world.”

Learn these top 5 rules of life

Learn these top 5 rules of life

Have a goal in mind for everything you do.

Whether it’s a job interview or talking to someone at the bar, be in touch with your desired outcome. This way you have a plan of attack and can maneuver the dynamics of the conversation in a way that maximizes your chances of success.

Master the skill of expectation management

Don’t get too caught up in the moment whenever hearing superb or terrible news. Remember that you’ll always revert back to your baseline level of happiness so that promotion at work can not fix all your problems. And your girlfriend breaking up with you does not mean you will fall into a pit of despair.

Don’t cry over spilled milk

Whenever disaster strikes or accident happens, we only waste time playing the blame game. The smartest way to deal with unfortunate situations is immediately work on the steps for a solution. That way you get distracted from the tragedy itself and instantly build momentum towards fixing the issue.

Exercise every day

Health is wealth people. One hour of exercise in the morning will boost your morale and actually give you more energy for the day.

Go at your own pace.

Social media gives us the opportunity to compare ourselves to a massive sea of people. Don’t freak out if one of your friends lands their dream job right out of college or gets married at a young age. Stay on your own limits or else you will be shortcutting the process and it will take even longer to break through.

minding your own business

minding your own business

There are six types of wealth that give us the energy to push the mind to the highest strata of realisation of the self. They are called the Shat Sampattih. We have seen Shama or quietude of mind and Dama or the control of the sense organs. The third wealth is called Uparama or withdrawal from the happenings, people and sense objects of the world and focusing on one’s own duty or business.
These are essential qualities not just for spiritual realisation, but also for success in achievement in the whole world. For Uparama to happen, the first two steps of Shama and Dama are essential. Once you achieve them, Uparama or withdrawal of the mind naturally happens. A withdrawn mind is not a boring mind.

Mind is knowledge. When we are engaging in the world, there is only knowledge of one object, situation or person. However, when the mind is withdrawn from the few attachments to knowledge in the world, it is available in its immense strength for any particular thing that it needs to achieve.

However, Adi Shankaracharyaji in the Tatwa Bodha does not say that Uparama is just withdrawal of the mind. Withdraw the mind from the world and do what? Focus on the work that needs to be done. The duty that has to be discharged by every individual is called that person’s dharma. Dharma is a very deep word, but if one sincerely analyses their status in life and their responsibilities, then one’s own dharma is not easy to arrive at. The dharma of a student is to study.

The dharma of a householder is to take care of the people, objects and situations at home and serve the society too. The dharma of a person, who has withdrawn from the world and is still searching for a meaning in life, is to worship God and prepare the mind for the final plunge into the realisation of the truth. The dharma of a sanyasi, who has taken the last leap into one’s own self on the path of self-realisation, is to completely withdraw from all activities and transactions in the world through body, mind or intellect, and meditate upon the end of all realisation—the self. In brief, Swadharma is to worship the ultimate truth that is the substratum of this universe and seek one’s own true essential nature within.

attain wealth with mind power

attain wealth with mind power

The word wealth brings into the mind thoughts about riches, plenty of money and the ability to buy and enjoy whatever one wants. It brings thoughts about fancy houses, hotels, world travel, cars and everything money can buy. It is something most people want, but do not believe they can get and enjoy.

Wealth is All the Above and Much More
Wealth is not restricted only to money and possessions. It manifests as plentitude in various and many forms in our life and in nature. A person can be wealthy with love, compassion, goodness, strength, energy, knowledge and wisdom.

Nature manifests wealth in the many life forms and plants it produces, and in the endless stars and worlds it has created.
The Life Force, which is also called the Universal Consciousness, Spirit or Creative Power, desires to express and manifest itself. This power also expresses itself as the desire to manifest wealth, to grow, develop, and become stronger and bigger.

This natural desire manifests through everyone, but is often inhibited, due to negative programming, negative thinking, and lack of faith in themselves and in their abilities.
Changing Your Attitude Toward Wealth
The first step to make wealth flow into your life is to change your thoughts and attitude toward it. The mind has to be cleared from its wrong concepts about wealth, before it can start to manifest. This is done by bringing to consciousness all of your thoughts and ideas about wealth, money and prosperity.
Take a pen and a sheet of paper, and find a place to be alone and undisturbed for a while. Think about wealth and what it means to you, and then jot down any thought that comes into your mind. Write down every thought, good and bad, positive and negative. Do this for at least 10 minutes or until you do not find more ideas and thoughts.

After you finish writing, read, think, and analyse what you have written. You will be surprised at the stuff that comes out of your mind. This analysis will help you to find out where and why you are inhibiting yourself in regard to success, money, and prosperity. You will find out what thoughts and wrong concepts have been holding you back.

You will discover the fears that have been holding you from success, and from manifesting any degree of riches in your life. There might be various reasons to account for that. You may have been educated to regard wealth as bad and corrupting. You may have experienced lack in your childhood, and now you are locked into the belief that it is not possible to improve your life or that you do not deserve to possess money.
It might be that you shun the responsibility and the work that wealth might entail.
Maybe you are afraid that you would not be able to handle wealth or that you will not know what to do with it. These reasons or any others might be responsible for not experiencing prosperity and wealth. The inner inhibitions are mostly due to past mental programming, making you feel and believe that you are not worthy, do not deserve success or that wealth and money should be avoided.

If you perform this analysis sincerely, you will find out what thoughts and attitudes hinder your way to success, and it will be clearer to you what you should do. Now that they are out, it will be easier to handle these inhibitions, free yourself from their grip, and start attracting wealth into your life.
If one session is not enough, keep writing down your thoughts, and think about them every day until you have discovered what is holding you back.
After this analysis, you will find it easier to change your thoughts and attitude toward money, possessions and wealth.
You will find it easier, and you will experience less inner resistance when you visualise what you want to get or accomplish. It will take less effort to reject negative thoughts from entering your mind.
Persistence in your efforts of holding an image of success in your mind until you realise your desire, and at the same

Spot A Liar Within Seconds

Spot A Liar Within Seconds

As much as nobody likes to be lied to, we still lie more than necessary on regular basis. It’s not usually for personal gain but because you don’t want someone you care about to get hurt. If you don’t want to be deceived by the lies told by someone close to you than focus on these signs of lying as action speaks louder than words.

7. THEY SMILE LESS
One of the biggest signs of lying is people tend to smile less when they are lying. It’s because people associate lying with smiling and in order to sound genuine they try to smile less. If someone does smile while lying, they would try to smile more quickly and for a longer period of time.

6. THEY SCRATCH NECK OUT OF NERVOUSNESS
If someone scratches their neck just below the earlobe specifically with the index finger of their dominant hand. It is one of the major sign of lying. It is usually because they might be doubtful or insecure about their lie.

5. THEY TOUCH THEIR FACE A LOT
Touching your face is probably one of the most common signs of lying. It could be putting your hand on forehead or cheek or just covering your eyes. It doesn’t mean the person is actually lying. Someone who’s hiding something or withholding some information would do the same thing.

4. THEY COVER THEIR MOUTH
Someone covering their mouth unconsciously comes in the category of lying. Covering mouth is a reflex that happens when someone is trying to hide the words coming out of their mind. It doesn’t have to be a full hand on mouth but sometimes just a finger on their lips could also be a secretive gesture.

3. THEY TOUCH THEIR NOSE
According to the scientists of Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago the Pinocchio effect is real. They say that when a person lies, their nose expands due to a chemical being released by the pressure of telling a lie. Although we won’t be able to actually see the expansion, the swelling does cause itching and make the person lying to definitely touch their nose.

2. THEY PULL THEIR COLLAR
One of the sign of lying is that a liar would pull his collar because of the face and neck tissues being delicate. The chemical released by lying creates a tingling sensation in a person when they lie, usually around neck or face. When someone lies, the pressure of lying causes sweat around the liars neck making him pull the collar.

1. THEY AVOID EYE CONTACT
Out of all the signs of lying, the most common one is someone avoiding eye contact. Liars usually rub their eyes to avoid eye contact as eye contact could make them look deceitful or guilty and the person they are lying to might find out about them lying.
