Tomorrow Never Comes For Somethings

Often, within us there is a bad habit of avoiding work . Due to this habit we often spoiled our work, due to which we have to suffer heavy losses. Because of this habit, sometimes we lose sight instead of being close to the floor.

Nothing can be said about about any work which is significant today, it will be equally important even tomorrow . The equations of circumstances change every moment. Sometimes the work is not completed by the time but the importance of the work gets eliminated in the changed circumstances.

The habit of avoidance is a serious disease, the person who gets it does not fulfill many important tasks in his life. Even important functions of his personal life remain incomplete. Such a person shows up, he is busy all the time, but in reality, the burden of work is lying on his head and he always tries to push the work at others to avoid them.

It is worth noting here that the person who runs down can be a victim of circumstances. Bad health, mental impairment, excessive workload, lack of information etc. are the reasons for which sometimes the person's compulsion to avoid work becomes genuine.

An irritability comes in our nature when the load of work is more visible, but with a hand in hand work, a situation can be largely avoided. We should try to increase the functionality in difficult situations and we should try to fulfill the work by energizing our enthusiasm with firmness and strength.

Don't be disappointed with the hard work. By doing a great deal of work too, they get fulfilled on time. We should make a list of missing works, by selecting the most essential tasks from them, they should be done on priority basis, less essential tasks should be reversed.

We should not even consider work as a burden and should avoid annoyance while working, we should try to put our mind into solving the complexity of the work. By doing this, our ability to make decisions will be developed and we will never delay today's work on tomorrow, because for some things tomorrow does not come .

Virtue To Rule, Evil To be Suppressed

Virtue To Rule, Evil To be Suppressed

IN autumn the leaves fade and fall; in spring the shoots come; in winter the flowers bloom and in summer the germs die preparing the cycle to repeat. It is obvious that nature cannot adhere to spring alone. All the seasons have to operate to achieve a certain balance. As the Philosopher said, “If there is only sunshine and there is no day and night the earth would become a desert. Similarly, to know the value of virtue, evil should be present for comparison, understanding and practice. If all the humans in the world are only virtuous, the world will be a boring place to live.
Consider what happened in South Africa after the end of apartheid. Faced with thousands of acts of murder and brutality committed by hundreds of soldiers, police and other government agencies over the course of decades, the new government under Nelson Mandela realized that trying to bring every guilty party to trial would tie up the courts for years, rekindle bitter feelings and racially divide the country that desperately needed to heal the wounds. So, instead of setting up something like the ‘Nuremberg trial’, they set up the ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’ whose purpose was to get the perpetrators to confess their crimes, show remorse and give them amnesty. Thus a divided nation become a United Nation.
We have many laws to regulate the conduct of people so that everyone can lead a decent life: What victims commonly seek is not revenge but vindication, a public acknowledgement that what happened to them was wrong. They want the burden of shame lifted from their shoulders and placed where it belongs. There are cases where the mothers of daughters raped have forgiven the rapists once they confess their guilt and atone for it.
The world wants virtue to rule and evil to be suppressed, so that all can live in peace. Anne Frank wrote in her famous diary “The final forming of a person’s character lies in his own hands.”

EVIL IS NEVER GOOD FOR US

Evil is never good for anyone. The unwillingness of others has its own disadvantages. It may be good to see that we have an immediate benefit, but in reality we are directly or indirectly causing great harm to ourselves.

The person whose badness we want is not aware to the fact that someone has bad thoughts about him. When one gets jealousy about someone, the person who first envy himself burns his blood and his thoughts start getting negative. The mind becomes disturbed, whose effect falls on the routine. There is a saying that who digs a pit for others, he himself falls before it.

When we know that on envy of others, we will suffer great loss on our wish, our soul will become contaminated, we will not get peace anywhere, then why do we have bad thoughts against others? If we all know and understand this, and in-spite of that we dig the pit for others and have bad thoughts against them, then understand that we are fooling ourselves with our hands.

Before the fire is kept, it warmed and burned the place first. The pot in which the acid is placed, the pot will burn first. In the same way, jealousy and bad thoughts, which remain in the mind, are the first to harm them. As long as they are frozen in the mind, they constantly do damage.

If anybody has any differences with us, if we have conflicting opinions, then we should say it in the manifestation of that person and should express our thoughts through proper means, but to tie our knot in our mind and to keep on jealousy and anger for the entire life There is no need at all.

Evil rash is as soon as it grows, it gets destroyed as soon as possible and it also destroys the one who does it. The evil repeats itself, it often strikes the person and every time the results are shocking and destructive.

Drinking alcohol is bitter and its results are also bitter. There is fear and panic in the mind while stealing and after restlessness, fear and disdain tend to dominate the mind. The result of good actions can be delayed but the evil fruit is bad, it is certain.

More of Virtues, Less of Evil

More of Virtues, Less of Evil

ONE does not become excellent primarily by focussing on or avoiding what is wrong and what is bad. One becomes excellent by focussing on and pursuing what is right and good. Our primary goal as moral beings is not just to say no to vice but to say yes to virtue. G.K. Chesterton said: “Virtue is not the absence of vice or the avoidance of moral danger; virtue is a vivid and separate thing.”
Attaining ethical excellence is like growing a garden. The garden looks good only with beautiful flowers and not by only pulling out the weeds. After clearing the garden, one should plant seeds. Otherwise, the weeds will return once again. The best way to eliminate vice is to crowd it out with the presence of strong virtues. For example, if we want to avoid telling lies, we should focus less on lies and concentrate more on truth. We should address ourselves thus: “What is the point in telling lies? Is there any definite advantage? No! By selling the truth, our mind and conscience becomes clear. It is like washing clothes and making it a brilliant white.”
There is an Indian tribal story about two dogs. The tribal leader describing his own inner struggle said, “There are two dogs inside me, one of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good and helpful. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time.” An urban visitor asked him: “Which dog usually wins?”
After a moment’s reflection he answered “The one I feed most.” So, you see, when you feed your thoughts with evil it grows and grows. It becomes a giant. It becomes difficult to uproot it later.
So, good people will do good things, because they are good. They will do bad things too because they are human. In our daily wrestling matches that set the pace of our lives, sometimes the angel in us wins and sometimes the angel in us loses. In fact, our ego, our one-upmanship over other defeats the angel, but this victory is temporary. The angel will come back because we are human beings. To be human, we require both the Angel and the Evil. Otherwise, we can never get the opportunity to ask ourselves: “What kind of a person I want to be?”

Effective time management tips.

5 Effective time management tips, techniques and skills you need to master

Time is precious. Before you can even begin to manage time, you must learn what time is.Time management is all about making the most effective use of your time and working smarter, not harder. It requires planning, and then sticking to the plan – and that takes discipline.

Here are seven tips for effectively managing your time:

1. Know your goals

It’s important that you know what your short-term and long-term goals are – this will enable you to differentiate between what’s important and what’s not.Once you are clear about your goals, you can plan and prepare a sequence of action steps to achieve them. After you decide what you want to accomplish, then execute the plan.Set aside ten to fifteen minutes before work and either write down or mentally plan what you want to accomplish. Make a to-do list.As you complete your tasks, cross them off – it’s a very satisfying feeling!

2. Eliminate the Unnecessary

There’s a good chance you won’t get everything on your to-do list done, but make sure you get the most important things done. That means you have to prioritise the tasks on your list and figure out what is actually most important, as well as most urgent. This becomes more and more true every day. Either professionally or personally, eliminating the “unnecessary” in life goes a long way in making you more productive. The stricter you define these terms, the more you’ll find that a lot of things are truly unnecessary in your life.

3. Multitasking

Multitasking skills are a talent that not all of us possess. If you’re able to multitask, great. If you’re not, then don’t bother trying.

4. Learn how to say no

This is extremely important; your time and resources are limited, so you can’t say yes to everything and accede to every request. You have to stick to what’s important and know when to just say, ‘No’. It may take a massive exercise in will power, but shut the door and turn off your phone to maximize your time.

5. Take care of yourself

Be sure to get plenty of sleep and exercise. It’s important to relax throughout your day. You’ll actually return recharged and more productive.  An alert mind is a high-functioning mind and one that’s less tolerant of time-wasting activities.

RELATIONSHIP OF SATISFACTION AND WELTH- a story

Relationship of satisfaction and wealth

A holy man was praying quietly. A rich businessman, watching him from some distance. He was very impressed with the holy man's commitment and earnestness. The business man offered the holy person a sack of gold. He said "I realize that you will utilize the cash for divine purposes. Kindly accept it."

The holy person answered "I don't know whether it is correct for me to take your money. Could you answer a couple of questions? Is it accurate to say that you are a well off man? Do you have more money at home?

The business man replied with a gracious yes, "I have no less than one thousand gold pieces at home."

The holy man again questioned "Do you need more than thousand gold pieces?

The business man replied "Why not, obviously yes. Consistently I strive to acquire more money."

The holy person pushed the gold back to the businessman and said: "I am sorry, I can't accept your offering.

A well off man doesn't accept money from a needy."

The businessman was very surprised and asked: "How could you call yourself a well off man and me a needy?"

The holy person answered, "I am a well off man as I am satisfied with whatever God gives me. You are a needy because regardless of what you have, you are constantly asking God for more."

Motivation Needed To Start Living Again

Motivation Needed To Start Living Again

When we grow up, we tend to get told that the world is the way it is. And that our lives are just to live our lives inside this world without much requirements to bash into the walls too much. We are made to believe things like we are supposed to have a nice family life, have fun, save a little money. But is not this a very limited life?

The time in this world is limited, so never waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other peoples thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinion drown out your own inner voice. Everything around you, that you call life were made up by people that were no smarter than you. And yes, you hold the capability to change it, to influence it. You can build your own things that other people can use. And however you learn it, once you learn it, you will never be the same again.

When you have a dream it does not often come at you screaming at your face. Dreams often come from behind you, not right between your eyes. It has the tendency to sneak upon you. Sometimes a dream almost whispers, very hard to hear. So you have to have everyday of your life be ready to hear what whispers in your ear. It very rarely shouts. Make sure that you are focused on something you are passionate about. You can't follow the fashion when you are trying to do a startup company or anything in life. As an entrepreneur, if you are going to build a company pick something you think is interesting and then just stay right there and let the wave catch you. It is really important that you like whatever you are doing. And if you don't like it, life is too short.

If you like what you are doing, you think about it even when you are not working. It's something your mind is drawn to. Be convinced that the only thing that will keep you going is that you love what you do. You have got to find what you love. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you have not found it yet, keep looking and don't settle.

The only thing you have in your life is time. If you invest that time in yourself to have great experiences that are going to enrich you then you can't possibly lose. I don't know how you can make any pioneering movements in the world. Whatever it is that you want to do, there is going to be risk in your life. And if you fail, are you going to regret having tried and failed. You must know the answer that is no. Because somewhere inside you, you always knew that if you did not try, you would always regret that. You would always wonder if it would haunt you.

Now is the time to take risks. As you get older, your obligations increase. It gets much harder to do things that might not work out. So i would encourage you to take risks and do something bold. Don't wait. Do something when you are young, when you have nothing to lose and always keep that in mind. And then just work like hell.

Will inertia be your guide or will you follow your passions. Will you follow your dogma or will you be original. Will you chose a life of ease or a life of service and adventure. Will you wilt under criticisms or will you follow your convictions. When it is tough, will you give up or will you be relentless. Will you be a cynic or a builder. Because in the end, we are our choices. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition because they somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Remember that the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.

BE HOPEFUL ALWAYS

It is a beautiful thing to have hope

Every one has gone through a rough patch or a bit of trouble in his or her life. Our lives are infused with pain and suffering. Still we make it through and live our lives. What gives us willpower is this little thing called Hope. Hope is a beautiful thing it gives us peace and strength and keeps us going when all seems lost.

Say 'Yes' to Life

We find the courage to say Yes to life from hope. Hoping for a new day in our life can bring new opportunities, new circumstances new solutions to improve the situation you find yourself in. Hope is to find something meaningful and positive about ourselves and life everyday. A belief in a better tomorrow.

It keeps us going
Hope provides us the power that energizes us with life. It keeps us going when times are tough. It gives us strength and courage and many reasons to live. It motivates us when discouragement comes. It climbs over obstacles when no one is helping. The people who are filled with hope are energetic and they welcome life and all that it brings, even it's challenges.

Focus forward
Our past has a tendency to spoil our today with negative thoughts and stealing our joy and hope. When you move forward you may stumble upon more bumps in the road, setbacks, delays. Either you can allow these roadblocks to get in the way or can be determined to accelerate and move away. Hope has a future to focus forward. Are you looking forward? Do you have a hope for a future?

Hope is a difference Maker
It opens the door when despair closes them. It is the greatest asset and weapon we can use to battle our losses when they seem to be mounting. Everyone hopes for something in different situations. Hopeful person lives in a moment instead of being tormented by the worry of the future.

Keep hope thriving
Hope shine brightest when the hour is darkest. It dares to give when no one is sharing. Be open to the idea that circumstances will improve. Your day will come if you are persistent. Focus on all the positive possibilities. If the current situation is not good it doesn't mean you don't have control of the outcome. Take action to change the outcome.

Hope is a wishful thinking. It is a mindset, a belief, a motivation. You can do incredible things when you have enough hope. Never lose hope. This is one loss which no one can afford to experience. It is the most precious thing we have in life.

Hope brings the victory when no one is winning.

BE HOPEFUL ALWAYS.

BENEFITS OF VITAMIN E

fantastic things that will happen if you use vitamin E oil

Vitamin E oil is a blessing in disguise for us,.
From moisturizers to skin cleansers to even those skin-lightening and brightening creams, most skincare products just can't do without one wonder ingredient--vitamin E.
While some products flaunt it's presence on top of their packaging in bold letters, some have its mention hidden in the ingredient label at the back. But there's no denying the fact that it is very much present in most of them. So, obviously you know how beneficial can vitamin E be for your skin. However, it may not be present in its purest form in those products. Hence, you may not be able to reap its benefits completely. The solution? Invest in pure vitamin E oil and your skin will thank you for it.
Here are 5 things that'll happen if you incorporate it in your daily skincare routine:
All That Premature Ageing Will Stop

vitamin E can help you fight excessive and premature wrinkling that is caused due to excessive sun exposure and other factors like stress and dry skin.
It's fairly simple. You know, oils any way have great skin-nourishing qualities. Then what makes you think that this particular wonder oil enriched with antioxidants and the collagen-boosting powers of vitamin E can't keep those wrinkles at bay?
All you've got to do is to mix 2-3 drops of this oil in your regular moisturizer and apply it on your face every night before sleeping. However, you also have to be slightly cautious here. Because the same moisture-giving powers of vitamin E oil can make you breakout as well. So, if you have an oily skin, steer clear of it, we say.
You Won't Have To Worry About All That Sun Exposure

vitamin E's extraordinary power of protecting your skin from sunlight-induced damage, thanks to its ability to absorb light in the UVB spectrum. Now, this can not only be advantageous to you if before stepping out in the sun you add a few drops of the oil in your sunscreen and apply it, but it can also really heal you in case you are sunburnt. Because you know what? The antioxidants present in this anti-inflammatory liquid can neutralize the effects of free radicals from the UV rays on your skin.

It'll Lighten Your Burden in Life

Don't get bogged down by those dark circles and acne scars. Here's vitamin E oil to your recue.
And quite literally so. After all, the presence of those under-eye dark circles, acne scars, and stretch marks on your skin can be quite the cause of your worries, right? But mix Vitamin E oil in your regular moisturizer; apply it on the affected area every night before sleeping and tada! Say hello to your even-toned, flawless skin.
For when the oil lubricates the skin cells in those dark areas, it also prompts them to regenerate and grow faster giving you the desired results.

As For All You Dry-Skin Beauties, No Need To Invest In a Skin Cleans

Vitamin E oil doesn't just make your skin happy, but it makes your pocket happy too. Yes, it can double up as a skin cleanser too for all those who have a dry skin.
Just like coconut and jojoba oil, this oil too is a heavy emollient and can help you get rid of dirt, grime, and other impurities on the skin without disturbing its oil balance. Just take a few drops of it on a cotton ball and wipe that make-up and dirt off your face every night before going to sleep.
You'll Have Too Many Reasons To Smile

While all these skin benefits of Vitamin E oil are enough to bring a smile on your face, however, we have another reason to make you smile even more. Sounds too good to be true? Well, pinch yourselves, ladies, because it is true, after all.
Applying Vitamin E oil on chapped lips can make them feathery-soft and supple. We mentioned its exceptional moisturizing power earlier, right? What makes you think you can't cash in on that to get luscious, pink lips?

Achieve Anything You Want in Life

Tips to Achieve Anything You Want in Life

Aware of where you are, aware of the people and things around you, aware of the moment you’re living. Aware of your position (career, relationship, health, emotions). Aware of what really matters to you, then, grab it. Don’t just let life pass you by. But remember, awareness is not control. Control leads to anxiety, and awareness makes you stronger.

Be authentic

Remove your masks and make-ups. Always speak with truth to yourself and others. Authenticity is the way to communicate. Get rid of the fear, get rid of the shame, get rid of the greed, and get rid of the ego.

Do meaningful work

Own your work with responsibility and authority, challenge yourself with complex tasks, and always reward yourself (not necessarily with money) when the work is done. It’s not about the money that makes us happy. It’s whether our work matters to us.

Set high standards

Set a standard for the lifestyle you're living. Set a level for the person you want to be. Set a standard for the art you're creating. A standard is not your best. A standard is the lowest measure that you'll tolerate. By that, you won’t produce anything less than that.

Manage expectations

It's easy for us to fall into the trap to have a higher expectation when our standard gets higher. When the novel you've written turns out becoming a bestseller, it's easy for you to expect to write another bestseller. However, the result is never in our circle of control. Manage your expectation because that’s how happiness happens.

 Focus on commitment, not motivation.

Just how committed are you to your goal? How important is it for you, and what are you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve it? If you find yourself fully committed, motivation will follow.

 Seek knowledge, not results.

If you focus on the excitement of discovery, improving, exploring and experimenting, your motivation will always be fueled. If you focus only on results, your motivation will be like weather—it will die the minute you hit a storm. So the key is to focus on the journey, not the destination. Keep thinking about what you are learning along the way and what you can improve.

 Get rid of stagnating thoughts.

Thoughts influence feelings and feelings determine how you view your work. You have a lot of thoughts in your head, and you always have a choice of which ones to focus on: the ones that will make you emotionally stuck (fears, doubts) or the ones that will move you forward (excitement, experimenting, trying new things,)

5. Use your imagination.

Next step after getting rid of negative thoughts is to use your imagination. When things go well, you are full of positive energy, and when you are experiencing difficulties, you need to be even more energetic. So rename your situation. If you keep repeating I hate my work, guess which feelings those words will evoke? It’s a matter of imagination! You can always find something to learn even from the worst boss in the world at the most boring job. I have a great exercise for you: Just for three days, think and say positive things only. See what happens.

 Get rid of distractions.

Meaningless things and distractions will always be in your way, especially those easy, usual things you would rather do instead of focusing on new challenging and meaningful projects. Learn to focus on what is the most important. Write a list of time-wasters and hold yourself accountable to not do them.

 Plan.

Know your three steps forward. You do not need more. Fill out your weekly calendar, noting when you will do what and how. When-what-how is important to schedule. Review how each day went by what you learned and revise what you could improve.

Protect yourself from burnout.

It’s easy to burn out when you are very motivated. Observe yourself to recognize any signs of tiredness and take time to rest. Your body and mind rest when you schedule relaxation and fun time into your weekly calendar. Do diverse tasks, keep switching between something creative and logical, something physical and still, working alone and with a team. Switch locations. Meditate, or just take deep breaths, close your eyes, or focus on one thing for five minutes.

You lack motivation not because you are lazy or don’t have a goal. Even the biggest stars, richest businesspeople or the most accomplished athletes get lost sometimes. What makes them motivated is the curiosity about how much better or faster they can get. So above all, be curious, and this will lead you to your goals and success.

Making the changes that Count

Making the changes that Count

Life is about constant patterns of change. Life is like changing seasons. You cannot change the season but you can change yourself. Self-improvement is not big changes but simple steps to improve upon what you already have and where you want to be.There are few things you should consider when you are looking for positive changes.

It is not easy but it is simple
We always look for the easiest and least painful way to do the things as that is human nature. But there is no substitute for hard work. Whatever your goal is it is very important to setting your plan and sticking to it. Do not take half measures. If your goal is weight loss then include the food that you like and physical activities that you enjoy doing. Focus on the goals which will give you foundation for long lasting change.

Be Smart
If you want to achieve a goal you should have a realistic and specific plan. Whatever you are planning for may be making money, having a better quality life, losing weight, waiting for a job promotion. All these things need a proper plan to reach the goal. Once you have set your goals then you can move to positive momentum towards it. Each small goal can be used as the stepping stone for the next.

Be your own Expert
You know yourself more than anyone else so be completely honest with yourself. Decide your goals are realistic and what you are actually willing to do to change.

Celebrate
We are very quick to focus on the negatives but when we achieve our goals we often forget to celebrate and give ourselves a pat at a back when we achieve them, even if they are the small ones.If you determined to change and to live a life above average you will have to do things differently.

So move forward in the direction you want to go and be the creator of most fulfilling life you can imagine for yourself.
ALL THE BEST

HOW to Get Out of your Comfort Zone

HOW to Get Out of your Comfort Zone

To receive new opportunities and achieve success you need to get out of your comfort zone.
"I am comfortable in the way I live my life, I don't want to grow or change."
If this is the way you think of life then you are still in your comfort zone. You limit your experiences, you fear risks, you also fear rejection, you tend to hold yourself back and play it safe. When you live your life in this manner, you are limiting your personality, capability and making a mental boundary around yourself. By staying in your comfort zone, you are putting away the opportunities you are capable of.

Comfort zone is a place or situation, where you feel safe and comfortable, with ease and without stress. Being comfortable in your self or having a place to go back to is not necessarily bad. But too much of comfort can lead to less productivity and laziness. It takes a lot of courage to get out of your comfort zone, but trust me you would benefit with the results. You would feel more in control of yourself, you would have a high self-esteem, higher self-confidence, you could cope better with unexpected problems, you could also learn new skills and become more productive and creative.

Following are the 5 steps to come out of your comfort zone:

1.Believe in change:

You will change if you think you can change.
Change begins with realization, once you realize how important it is for you to come out of your comfort zone, you could have the motivation to change. For this motivation, you need to change your thought patterns, and believe that things can change. You are what you think you are. So begin with changing the way you think of things and believe in yourself.

2.Challenge yourself:

Challenge yourself with something that helps you learn and encourages you to take risks.
Don't fear challenges, you could just face it. There is a lot to learn from the challenges you face. Do not only wait for challenges, but put yourself in a challenge, something you could't do. Something new and different. Like playing a musical instrument, going on a trip alone, meeting new people and so much more you could do. A little anxiety can help you build and grow stronger. By trying new things and taking risks you will be a much more confident and independent individual.

3. Change your daily routine:

Try something new, different from your same old routine.
To get out of your comfort zone it's necessary to change your daily routine. By doing something different from your routine, you could surprise your body and mind. You could take a new route home, get up a bit more early than usual, talk to more people than you ever do and also eat a different dish for lunch. Habitual behavior are hard to change but you could always try. Try to increase your personal boundaries.

4. Take small steps:

Begin with simple and small goals to achieve the bigger goal.
To reach your goal takes time, you could't do everything at ones. So take small steps in achieving your goal, which would make your goal seem attainable. Like If you want to lose weight, start with taking the steps instead of the lift, or walk nearby distances rather than taking a rick. If you want to improve your communication with people , start with talking to your classmates or colleagues about college work or office work.

5. Fight your fear:

Fight your fear of failure and fear of taking risk, be confident and go ahead
Focus on the process and don't fear the outcome. Don't fear failure, it will help you grow, you need to learn to take risks to experience things in life. Risk of failure will always be there , whether whatever you do. So leave your fears behind and step out with confidence. Without fear you are a new person who is now strong fearless.

With challenge comes growth, Your limiting your happiness if you don't give yourself a chance to grow. By stepping out of your comfort zone you are inviting opportunities and success. Don't miss on the opportunities and your dreams by staying in the old comfortable you. You are capable of achieving anything, just believe in yourself and what you do.
All the best to the new you, hope you can achieve a more stronger and confident self after following these steps.

ARISE AWAKE AND STOP NOT TILL YOUR GOAL IS ACHIEVED.
